SEÑORIO DE BOCOS "ROBLE" (Vintage 2007)
 

 

Red wine made up of grapes of the "tempranillo" ("fina tinta") variety, produced by mature vines in selected vineyards and aged between four and six months in barrels of French and American oak, before been bottled. Strong colors of shining and luminous intensity, a picot cherry in its heart with presumptuous deep blue tonalities. Enduring nose sensation of fused wood and ripe fruit. A mouth taste of a density of shades, regalicia and roasting. Because of its full structure, it is possible to be kept for more than 4 or 5 years.

visual phase:
It shows to us the loaded colours of luminous shining intensity and a cherry picota in the heart of the wine; in fine layer appear to us their presumptuous made blue tonalities which transmit his rabid youth.

olfactory phase:
The nose is lively: it is being fused the wood and the fruit; the resinous and waxen notes are intermingled with the mature fruit as it is the currant.

tasting phase:

SEÑORIO DE BOCOS "CRIANZA 2004" (according to more selective norm of the Denomination of Origin "Ribera del Duero")

 

Passionate by the ancestral craft tradition of generations of vine growers in Bocos of Duero, we have selected and harvested to hand the best grapes of the "tempranillo" ("fina tinta") variety, produced by the most appreciated vines of the region "Ribera del Duero" and - by means of a delicate procedure,- we have grown this red wine for twelve months in Bordeaux-made barrels of different toastings, then kept it for another so much time in bottle. Its grenade and rust colours, its nose sensation, that is enlivened after some minutes in the cup and its robustness in mouth, where tannins candies persist with freshness, will make vibrate all their senses.

SEÑORIO DE BOCOS "RESERVA 2003"
 

A well-taken care of selection in our vineyards of the Fine Red variety, a suitable technology in the facilities of our cellars and delicate caress in the raising of the French oak barrels of oak with different toasting, offer a succulent result to us that we will be able to appreciate in the tasting of this excellent wine of the Ribera del Duero.

"AUTOR DE BOCOS 2006"

 

Elaborated with all the passion for good wine that gives us the craft inheritance of generations of winegrowers digging "bocos" on the slopes near the river, making them the best natural conditions for the upbringing of wine and that gave its name to the people of Bocos de Duero. A careful selection in our vineyards of the variety "Tempranillo - Tinta Fina", an appropriate technology in our winery facilities and a delicate mime in his upbringing in bordelais oak barrels  with different toasted for over twelve months, they have given us this succulent result that you will appreciate tasting this excellent red wine of Ribera del Duero.

It has an impressive red Cardenal, with a potent tear stained, very coated layer. That is to say, a wine with great structure of color, like has to be a wine half-rearing of Ribera de Duero.

SEÑORIO DE BOCOS "BLANCO VERDEJO" (D.O. Rueda)

 

White wine produced at 100% of the white grape variety "Verdejo" produced within the area of Denomination of Origin "Rueda".

Straw yellow color with bright green flashes.

 

olfactory phase:

In the nose is clean, balanced and powerful, with aromas primary green fruit, citrus, apple and pineapple.

 

tasting phase:

It has the bitter taste typical of the variety "Verdejo" which, because of its high quality, is one of the best and most popular white grapes that exist for winemaking. Flavour has a soft entry, it is fresh, surround and silky, plus balanced with good structure and persistence.
 

 

 

 

 

 

SEÑORIO DE BOCOS "ROSADO" (D.O. Cigales)

 

Rosé wine produced from "wort flower" (or "musts bud"), from grape vines old multivarietal hosted and controlled by the Denomination of Origin "Cigales", with a minimum of 80% "Tempranillo - Tinta del País", 10% "Grenache ink" and 10% of white varieties "Albillo" and "Verdejo" with an alcohol content of at least 11 degrees gained.

Color complex, from the pink strawberry until pink icing, introducing shades of violet in the thin layer.

 

 

olfactory phase:
